I’ve been married to Diana 30 incredible years and dad to four grown kids that I am incredibly proud of (Kenna 25, McKay 23, Maggie 21, and Monson18), and soon stepping into the role of grandpa — a title I’m genuinely excited to wear.

Life has been anything but ordinary for us. I was born and raised in the U.S., spent my early twenties living in Portugal, recently immersed myself in Romanian culture for two unforgettable years, and landed back home in Utah. Thanks to Diana’s career with Delta Airlines, travel became more than a luxury — it became a way of life. That spirit of adventure still drives us today.

I'm passionate about working with motivated men and women who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE:

After 22 years of government service, I was staring down another 7-10 years before I could claim full retirement benefits. The problem? I was already feeling stuck. Despite a stable position and clear path to a pension, the work left me unfulfilled. I knew I was meant for more than just punching a clock until retirement. I wanted to pour my time and energy into what mattered most to me — helping others grow and becoming the kind of leader who empowers real change.

THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BUST:

For years, I held senior leadership roles — the kind that come with responsibility, recognition, and prestige. But deep down, I was restless. The layers of bureaucracy drained my passion, and the system I was working in rewarded stability over innovation. My personal growth journey began right after college, with a transformative three-day, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Franklin Covey seminar. That experience ignited a powerful spark within me.

I delved into influential books such as Think and Grow Rich, As a Man Thinketh, and The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, all of which profoundly shaped my direction.

The moment I discovered a business opportunity squarely focused on leadership and personal development, I seized it without hesitation. That pivotal decision truly reshaped everything.
